For the past several years, I have led a workshop titled “Running Your Life Like a Business” for young alumni in Wake Forest’s Presidential Fellows program. The concept is that some basic principles from business strategy can help us to think through how we want to maximize the resources we have in our lives—especially time.
The folks in the Alumni Personal and Career Development Center, led by the incomparable Allison McWilliams, have been encouraging of this recurring program and recently asked me to create a set of videos that include ideas from the workshop.
